Digital Sales Specialist

Medit is looking for a motivated Digital Sales Specialist (DSS) to help turn customer interest into sales opportunities through strong follow-up, virtual product demonstrations, and consistent pipeline management.

You'll work closely with our Territory Sales Managers and dealer partners to connect dental professionals with Medit's digital dentistry solutions and help move opportunities through the sales process.

• Connect with inbound leads by phone and email and qualify sales opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct virtual product demonstrations.
• Follow up with prospects to drive demo bookings and move opportunities forward.
• Advance opportunities from demonstration through the quote/proposal stage.
• Partner with Territory Sales Managers on active opportunities and onsite demonstrations.
• Collaborate with dealer partners on demonstrations, quoting, and customer support.
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity activity in Hub Spot.
• Stay knowledgeable about Medit products, competitors, and the digital dentistry market.
• Travel to customer, dealer, and industry events as needed (approximately 10%).

• 2+ years of sales, customer engagement, or related experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• CRM experience;
  Hub Spot experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
