Ecommerce Marketplace Manager; P&L

We are partnering with an established values driven consumer products manufacturer seeking an Ecommerce Marketplace Manager to take ownership of a growing Amazon and Walmart marketplace business. This is not simply a marketplace execution role. We are looking for someone who understands how ecommerce performance connects to the broader business and takes ownership.

What You’ll Own

• Revenue, margin, profitability, and marketplace performance
• Forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment decisions
• Amazon and Walmart marketplace strategy
• Advertising, promotions, pricing, and ROI
• Coordination across supply chain, manufacturing, 3PL, and internal teams
• Identifying and responding to changes in demand, inventory, and sales performance

What We’re Looking For

• The ideal candidate has experience owning an ecommerce business or major marketplace channel within a consumer products brand or manufacturer.
• You should be able to clearly explain the KPIs you owned and the decisions you made when sales, inventory, margin, or forecasts moved off plan.
• Experience with Amazon and Walmart Marketplace is strongly preferred. Sporting goods, outdoor, seasonal products, or similar consumer categories are particularly relevant.

Compensation: $120K–$130K base (some flex) + performance-based upside
