Sales Director

My client is a well known technology-driven healthcare organization enabling physicians to deliver high-value care through scalable operations and cloud-based solutions

They are seeking a Sales Director - Phoenix to drive business and revenue growth through new logo hunting across the Phoenix region. This is a very work hard / play hard type of organization where you would be pitching and closing complex software sales to physician owned practices.

• Work closely with the Lead Generation team to Identify and target independent primary care physicians and specialists
• Lead in-person sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals
• Utilize internal resources and subject matter experts to move the needle and close deals
• Selling to clients in a consultative manner (Thoughtful follow ups / in person meetings / Lunch and learns / selling outside clinical hours)
  Be engaging and non-transactional, this is not a features benefits type of sales environment.

• 4+ years’ complex sales experience, selling SaaS OR AI Imaging to Physicians or Doctors required
• Proven track record exceeding sales targets ($1M+ annually)
• Engaging and consultative sales approach
• Reliable transportation; 80% travel onsite in Phoenix - AZ (no overnights - you must be local)

• Total package: $220K-$240K (OTE) - Most people in this role are doing $300K+ as this is uncapped Comm
• Equity / RSU's - ($50K vested over a 3 year period)
