Inside Sales Representative

This Inside sales representative sells products, services and supplies to selected customers in a designated market area or accounts via inbound or outbound telephone contacts. The person in this position may have account responsibility with quotas. Limited field activity may occur, but only on an infrequent basis.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Quote jobs
• Close the sales on assigned products, or may generate leads for outside sales staff.
• Pro-actively sell to installed-base in support of company promotion and upgrade campaigns.
• Collaborate with and support field sales.

This role will be onsite at our Phoenix RDO location, Monday-Friday.

Compensation:
This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between 57K and $75K annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employees in this role are also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan.
