Job Type: Contract | Part-Time (20–30 hours/week)

Copperstate is seeking a reliable, outgoing, and passionate Brand Ambassador to representour Cannabis brands across multiple locations in Phoenix and Tucson. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the go, enjoys engaging with people, and takes pride in maintaining a professional and organized presence in the field. Experience in the cannabis industry is not directly necessary, but having a passion for the plant is ideal and will help you thrive in this role.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Copperstate — setting up and breakingdown on-site activations, promoting our products or services, attending events, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand experience.

• Travel to multiple on-site locations throughout the assigned territory
• Set up and break down displays, booths, or event materials at each site
• Represent Copperstate Farms brands in a professional, engaging, and knowledgeablemanner
• Maintain a punctual schedule and manage time efficiently across daily routes
• Communicate effectively with on-site contacts and internal teams
• Lift and transport equipment or materials up to 50lbs as needed

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Comfortable with a mobile/on-the-road work environment
• Must have open availability for at least 4 hours a week
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work independentlyAn FA (Facility Agent) card is a plus

• This is a contract position offering up to 20–30 hours per week
• Compensation is $25/hour
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be comfortable with a physically active role, involving travel, lifting, and setuptasks
• Ideal candidates are based in or familiar with the listed territories and have basic knowledge of the cannabis industry
