Aggregate Materials Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Aggregate Materials Sales Representative to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction materials environment and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, municipalities, and material buyers.
- Promote and sell aggregate products, including sand, gravel, ABC, riprap, and other construction materials.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share within the Phoenix metro area.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and secure sales contracts.
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely deliveries.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance objectives.
- Previous experience in aggregate, construction materials, mining, ready-mix, asphalt, or related sales preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of the Phoenix construction and development market is a plus.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred.
