Licensed Health Insurance Agents

Sagility is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents to support leading health plans in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. In this role, you'll educate consumers on plan options, explain benefits and eligibility, and complete compliant enrollments via phone and digital channels. You'll leverage analytics-driven tools and scripts while protecting PHI and following HIPAA, CMS, and state regulations. Responsibilities

• Educate prospects and members on health plan options, benefits, and eligibility rules
• Conduct compliant, needs-based sales calls and complete enrollments
• Use CRM and call center tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and documentation
• Adhere to CMS, state, and Sagility compliance, scripting, and quality standards
• Protect PHI and follow HIPAA and data security protocols
• Meet or exceed productivity, conversion, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve processes and member experience
• Participate in ongoing training, licensing updates, and performance coaching

Required Skills

• Health insurance product knowledge (ACA, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial)
• State health insurance licensing (active, in good standing)
• Sales and enrollment processing
• CRM and call center systems (e.g., Salesforce, dialer tools)
• Compliance with CMS and state insurance regulations
• Benefits explanation and plan comparison
• Needs-based consultative selling
• Documentation and data entry accuracy
• Handling PHI within HIPAA guidelines
• Customer service and de-escalation skills
