Outbound Business Account Representative

Cable One, operating as Sparklight, is seeking an Outbound Business Account Representative to drive growth of our business internet, phone, and video services. In this role, you will make proactive outbound calls and digital outreach to small and mid-sized businesses, qualify leads, and build relationships that convert into long-term customers. You'll manage a sales pipeline, prepare tailored proposals, and consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to business prospects within assigned territories
• Qualify leads, uncover business needs, and position Sparklight internet, phone, and video solutions
• Manage and grow a pipeline of business accounts to meet and exceed sales targets
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and service recommendations based on customer requirements
• Update and maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking tools
• Collaborate with marketing and field sales to execute campaigns and follow up on warm leads
• Provide a consultative customer experience aligned with Cable One's people-focused, community-minded culture
• Stay current on telecom products, pricing, and competitive landscape
