Management & Sales Training Program

Responsibilities

• Complete rotational training in sales, operations and customer service
• Support daily store operations, merchandising and inventory control
• Build and maintain relationships with industrial, commercial and retail customers
• Assist with B2
• B sales calls, project quotes and follow-up
• Learn P&L basics and contribute to meeting sales and profitability goals
• Deliver product recommendations and technical support to customers
• Maintain a safe, clean and compliant work environment
• Use data and reports to track performance and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with managers and peers on projects and process improvements
• Prepare for advancement into assistant manager, store manager or sales roles
