Senior Business Development Manager

ABM Industries seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to grow non-acute facility services across healthcare and related sectors. In this role, you will prospect and qualify new clients, lead complex sales cycles, and build strategic relationships with decision-makers. You will develop tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and partner with operations to ensure successful launch and long-term client satisfaction. Using market insights and ABM's full service portfolio, you will design solutions that drive safety, efficiency, and cost savings.

You will collaborate closely with regional leaders, travel to client sites, and mentor junior team members while contributing to ABM's culture of safety, inclusion, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new non-acute healthcare and related facility service opportunities
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts
• Lead solution design, pricing, and proposal development with cross-functional partners
• Negotiate complex contracts and agreements with senior client stakeholders
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing service excellence
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform growth strategy in target segments
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and RFP responses
