Sales Representative

Lamar Advertising Company seeks an Outbound Sales Representative to drive new billboard and digital advertising revenue. In this role, you will prospect and cold-call local and regional businesses, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored outdoor and digital advertising solutions across billboards, transit, and airports. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads and preparing proposals to closing contracts and coordinating with operations and design teams.

Success requires consistent outbound activity, CRM discipline, and the ability to build long-term client relationships aligned with Lamar's integrity- and community-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cold-call local and regional businesses to generate new advertising opportunities
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend billboard, digital, and transit advertising solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract close
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in CRM systems
• Collaborate with operations and design teams to activate campaigns accurately and on time
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships aligned with Lamar's customer-service culture
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and activity targets
• Stay current on local market conditions, competitors, and advertising trends
• Represent Lamar with integrity and safety focus in the local community
