Business Development Representative

Lamar Advertising Company seeks a Business Development BDR to fuel growth in our outdoor and digital advertising solutions. As part of the Sales & Business Development team, you'll research prospects, generate and qualify B2B leads, and book high-quality meetings for senior sales executives. You'll manage outreach via phone, email, and social channels while updating our CRM and collaborating closely with marketing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new B2
• B leads for Lamar's outdoor and digital advertising solutions
• Conduct prospecting via phone, email, and social channels to build a strong sales pipeline
• Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales executives and account managers
• Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with campaigns and target segments
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in CRM systems
• Provide basic needs analysis to match prospects with effective ad solutions
• Support proposal development and follow-ups to move opportunities through the funnel
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff from prospecting to closing
• Report on weekly KPIs, pipeline status, and market feedback to management
