Outbound Sales Representative

Lamar Advertising Company is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across our outdoor, digital, and transit advertising platforms. You will prospect and qualify new business, conduct high-volume outreach, and present tailored media solutions to local and regional clients in the telecommunications and media space. Responsibilities include building pipelines, delivering persuasive sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and partnering with operations to ensure flawless campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new B2
• B clients through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline within assigned territory
• Develop and deliver tailored advertising proposals and presentations
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close new business
• Collaborate with operations and design teams to ensure timely, accurate campaign execution
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasting data in CRMMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent Lamar in the local business community and industry events
