Sales Account Executive

Lamar Advertising Company is seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive revenue growth within our Marketing, Sales & Advertising portfolio. In this role, you will prospect, pitch, and close advertising solutions across digital billboards, logo signs, and transit media for local and regional clients. You'll manage the full sales cycle-from uncovering needs to collaborating with our creative and operations teams to launch successful campaigns-while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new B2
• B clients for outdoor and digital advertising solutions
• Manage and grow a portfolio of advertiser accounts in assigned territory
• Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored advertising proposals
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop client campaigns
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and campaign terms to close business
• Track opportunities and activities using CRM tools and sales reports
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and performance reviews
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
• Represent Lamar Advertising Company with integrity in the local business community
