Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales professional to support our A.E. Petsche business within the wholesale electronics trade. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers, drive revenue through proactive outreach, and support complex electronic component needs. Responsibilities include prospecting, quoting, negotiating pricing, and managing the full sales cycle via phone and digital channels. You will collaborate closely with supply chain, technical, and field teams, leveraging Arrow's global resources to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and ensure outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2
- B inside sales accounts for electronic components
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and develop new business within assigned territories or segments
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing, ensuring competitive and profitable deals
- Execute the full sales cycle via phone, email, and digital tools to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Build strong customer relationships and provide responsive, solutions-focused support
- Collaborate with supply chain, product, and field sales teams to fulfill complex requirements
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity data within CRM systems
- Monitor market trends and customer demand to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery
- Continuously develop product and industry knowledge to support technical customer discussions
