Commercial Lines Account Manager/Account Executive

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager or Account Executive to join a team. This role is a true service-oriented position, responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, including construction, manufacturing, and real estate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, a proactive approach to client service, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Salary Range
  :
  • Account Manager: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, plus quarterly retention bonuses and yearly bonuses on new business (total compensation potential: $90,000 - $100,000).
  • Account Executive: $90,000 - $100,000 annually, plus bonuses.

• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ranging from $1.5 million in revenue to middle-market clients.
• Provide end-to-end service, including quoting new and renewal business, cross-selling, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with producers and team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
• Participate in quarterly team events to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Licenses/Certifications
  :
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience
  : 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on generalist accounts.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Proficiency or working knowledge of AMS 360 software is preferred.
