Join our team as a Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences through engaging clienteling and operational support.

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales KPIs
• Maintain a guest-ready store environment
• Establish expertise in styling, trends, and product knowledge to boost sales
• Provide a unique and elevated client experience to foster repeat business
• Deepen client relationships through data capture and follow-up
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
