Position Overview
The Entry Level Brand Ambassador represents client programs through in-person engagement and outreach activities. This role focuses on delivering a professional experience, educating customers, and supporting participation in programs and services.
Key Responsibilities- Represent assigned programs in a professional and engaging manner.
- Interact with customers and provide clear, accurate information.
- Assist with setup and organization of outreach materials.
- Support promotional activities and customer engagement efforts.
- Maintain records of interactions and participation.
- Follow company standards for professionalism and compliance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- No prior experience required; training provided.
