Inside Sales Account Representative

Spirit Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative to drive growth in high-reliability electronic components for aerospace, defense, and other mission-critical customers. In this role, you will manage and expand inside sales accounts, respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and process orders using CRM/ERP tools. You'll collaborate closely with supply chain, engineering, and operations to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned inside sales accounts in the aerospace and defense electronics market
• Respond to inbound inquiries, prepare quotes, and process orders accurately in CRM/ERP systems
• Proactively prospect and qualify new business within target accounts and markets
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and operations to meet customer delivery and quality requirements
• Maintain detailed account records, forecasts, and pipelines to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships through timely communication and problem resolution
• Explain product features, specifications, and value-added services such as testing, screening, and assembly
• Support contract, pricing, and margin management within established guidelines
• Coordinate with outside sales and leadership on strategic opportunities and key programs
• Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold Spirit Electronics' mission-critical quality standards
