- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team based in Phoenix
- Recruit, develop and manage a sales team of 8–10 field representatives
- Conduct regular joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers
- Work closely with strategic accounts
- Partner with national sales and training managers to implement sales strategies and training procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales goals
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Work Monday and Friday in the Uline AZ sales office
- Have the sales team visit in the field Tuesday through Thursday
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of experience in Sales / Sales management
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Frequent travel within the assigned territory
- Ability to travel outside AZ up to 50% of the time
- Must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
- Must work in a drug-free workplace
Demonstrates strong leadership and coaching abilities to manage and develop a high-performing sales team while effectively implementing sales strategies and achieving sales goals. Proven experience in recruiting, training, and conducting joint sales calls to drive performance and identify improvement opportunities.
