, and we're building a new team of ambitious individuals who want to grow alongside one of our largest telecom initiatives.

. Our Arizona team will support the continued expansion of telecommunications services across the state, including market growth surrounding fiber-optic expansion and Spectrum's integration with Cox Communications
.

This is not simply a traditional sales position. It is an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales, customer acquisition, brand representation, leadership, team development, and project operations while helping launch and grow a major client campaign from the ground up.

Our long-term mission is to develop the future leaders and operators who can eventually oversee teams, territories, client campaigns, and additional market expansions throughout Arizona and beyond.

As telecom services continue to expand throughout Arizona, our role is to help increase customer awareness, client exposure, and market penetration
.

Our representatives work directly with customers to understand their current services, educate them on available options, assist with service repackaging and upgrades where appropriate, and connect the right customers with solutions that fit their needs.

Our campaigns may operate through:

• Retail partnerships and retail activations
• Community events
• Trade shows and expos
• Promotional campaigns
• High-traffic customer locations
• New and developing territories throughout Arizona
• Additional strategic partnerships as the campaign expands

You’ll gain firsthand experience learning how a major telecom campaign is introduced, represented, developed, and ultimately expanded across a growing market.

You’ll start by mastering the customer and sales side of the business before progressing into leadership and project responsibilities.

• Represent Spectrum professionally in face-to-face customer environments
• Educate customers on telecom products, services, and available options
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service packages
• Support new customer acquisition and account growth
• Build brand awareness and increase client exposure
• Identify and engage appropriate target audiences
• Participate in retail, event, and trade-show campaigns
• Learn campaign performance and territory management
• Track personal and team performance
• Assist with training and developing newer representatives as you advance
• Learn recruiting, team development, and leadership fundamentals
• Develop an understanding of client relationships and campaign operations
• Learn how new territories and markets are launched

Our goal is not simply to hire sales representatives.

We’re looking to develop future operators.

Everyone begins by learning the fundamentals of the campaign and proving they can successfully represent our client and generate results.

From there, high-performing individuals can earn opportunities to take on additional leadership, training, and operational responsibilities.

As an Operator, the goal shifts from individual performance to learning how to develop people, oversee a team, manage a client campaign, grow a territory, and eventually help launch additional markets.

As our Arizona footprint grows, this creates opportunities for qualified leaders to take ownership of developing territories and potentially participate in future branch expansions.

No previous telecom or sales experience is required.
