In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications- Self-starter who doesn’t wait for direction
- Strong communicator comfortable working with contractors and business owners
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- 1–3 years in sales, inside sales, or business development
- Driven to grow into a Business Development Manager role
Experience in HVAC is a plus

We’re building a high-performing commercial HVAC sales team and are looking for a Business Development Specialist who can execute, think independently, and grow into a leadership sales role. You’ll work directly with Business Development Managers to drive commercial opportunities—handling quoting, follow-ups, and project coordination—while also owning smaller deals and building your own sales skillset. This is a career-track role, not a support position.
