- Provide exceptional customer service to large accounts

- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
- 2 years of relationship management experience in environmental, waste or related service industry, in addition to education requirement
- Must reside in Arizona based on business need
- Must have, or be willing to obtain, a REAL TSA-approved alternative if required for air travel or access to federal property
- Knowledge of customers, pricing, competition, and service strategies
- Ability to use WM sales productivity software tools, including Prospect and Customer Database, Proposal Program, and Pricing Tools
Demonstrates expertise in customer service and relationship management within the environmental and waste service industry, focusing on customer satisfaction, compliance with regulations, and effective use of sales productivity tools.
