Coulter Cadillac Buick GMC is looking for experienced Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Phoenix.

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process while creating a professional and personalized buying experience.

Responsibilities include:

Work with showroom customers, Internet leads, phone inquiries, and referrals

Sell new Cadillac, Buick, and GMC vehicles

Build rapport and uncover customer needs

Conduct professional vehicle presentations, walk-arounds, and test drives

Present vehicle features, pricing, trade values, financing, and ownership options

Respond quickly and professionally to incoming leads

Prospect consistently and follow up with customers and unsold opportunities

Develop relationships that generate repeat and referral business

Maintain accurate customer activity and follow-up in the CRM

Work closely with Finance and Sales Management

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery

Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals

We’re looking for proven automotive sales professionals who are motivated to earn and grow.

Ideal candidates are:

Experienced in automotive dealership sales

Proven performers with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Comfortable working Internet leads and CRM systems

Strong communicators and confident closers

Skilled in prospecting and follow-up

Motivated by uncapped earning potential

Professional, positive, and customer-focused

Competitive and goal-oriented

Comfortable in a fast-paced dealership environment

Team-oriented and receptive to coaching

Minimum 1 year of automotive dealership sales experience required

Previous vehicle sales experience required

Valid driver's license

Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work a dealership schedule, including weekends

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
