US Air Conditioning Distributors is currently seeking a driven and motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team, focusing on growing business with existing customers and developing new business in the residential and light commercial sector for its fast-growing company.

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our Residential and Light Commercial sales operation, developing deep expertise in our equipment offerings while building strong relationships with customers and supporting our Account Managers. You'll combine product knowledge with consultative selling to drive growth, drive dealer programs, and expand our market presence in the HVAC sector.

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of our product portfolio and become a trusted product specialist within your organization
• Support internal and external customers, providing accurate quotes for residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies
• Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions that deliver value to customers
• Conduct proactive outreach to assigned and non-assigned accounts to drive sales growth and increase margins
• Manage order entry, shipment tracking, and post-sale support to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Facilitate product returns and educate customers on warranty processes and procedures
• Perform additional duties as directed to support team objectives

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 plus years experience in sales related environment
