US Air Conditioning Distributors is currently seeking a driven and motivated engineer to join our sales team, focusing on growing business with existing customers and developing new business in the residential and commercial sector for its fast-growing company.

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Commercial Project Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our commercial sales operation, developing deep expertise in our commercial equipment offerings while building strong relationships and supporting engineers, contractors, and building owners. You'll combine technical knowledge with consultative selling to drive growth, identify cost and energy-saving solutions, and expand our market presence in the commercial HVAC sector.

• You will develop an in-depth understanding of our commercial product offering.
• Support external customers with technical commercial issues, quoting for light commercial HVAC equipment and supplies.
• Create and deliver technical presentations to cater to customers' needs and wants.
• Superior product selection capabilities with the ability to offer alternative solutions to save energy and cost for our customers.
• Proactive calls to customer base to drive sales and increase margins.
• Work alongside and coach an inside sales team to help execute projects successfully.
• Order entry and shipment tracking where necessary.
• Post-sale support as required.
• Other duties as directed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, or Physics Engineering or Science
• 3-5 years of technical sales experience, HVAC Preferred.

• This position offers full benefits, competitive pay, and an opportunity for advancement for the right person who exhibits exemplary traits and work habits.
• Starting salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 a year
