* ** What You'll Do*
* ** As Director of Sales, you will:*
* + Lead the hotel's sales strategy across corporate, group, and transient segments

+ Develop team goals, manage performance, and implement incentive programs

+ Collaborate with hotel operations to ensure sales goals align with guest experience standards

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, local businesses, and community partners

+ Utilize brand sales systems and tools to manage leads and reporting

+ Represent the hotel at industry events, networking functions, and local community initiatives

+ Work closely with sales support teams to maximize brand-driven opportunities

** What You Bring*
* + 5+ years of hotel sales leadership, preferably with Hilton or Marriott brands

+ Expertise in Marriott systems such as CI/TY, MARSHA, and One Source (preferred)

+ Proven ability to drive revenue and exceed market share goals

+ Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills

+ Strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and people leadership

+ Strong communication, presentation, and organizational abilities

+ Passion for hospitality, team development, and local community engagement
