Customer Development Representative

The Customer Development Representative (CDR) drives early-stage sales pipeline growth for the Client. In this role, you will identify and qualify high-potential prospects through strategic outbound and inbound campaigns, nurturing them into qualified opportunities for Account Executives. Blending research, digital demand generation, and consultative relationship-building, you will play a critical role in expanding the Client's solutions footprint.

Duties and Responsibilities

Demand Generation

• Execute targeted prospecting campaigns across email, phone, and social channels into defined territories and accounts.
• Research and identify new business opportunities aligned to the Client's go-to-market strategy.

Lead Qualification

• Evaluate inbound and outbound leads against established qualification criteria (budget, authority, need, and timeline).
• Determine prospect sales-readiness and prioritize pipeline for maximum impact.

Pipeline Management

• Guide prospects through the early stages of their digital transformation journey.
• Secure high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for field Account Executives.

Multi-Channel Engagement

• Leverage digital tools and social platforms to engage prospects where they are most active.
• Personalize outreach efforts and track all communications to ensure consistent follow-through.

Database Maintenance

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead, contact, and account information within the Client's Outreach and CRM systems
• Ensure data integrity to support accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred (equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize within a fast-paced environment.
• Outbound calling experience within a business environment is preferred.
• Outreach and CRM experience preferred.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

This position is performed in an office environment.

Essential physical requirements of this job include:

• Ability to move wrists, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive motion.
• Ability to continuously stand, walk, reach, kneel, bend, stoop, push/pull, and sit.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds occasionally.
• Communicating effectively with employees, vendors, and clients.
• Continuously working at a desk and computer screen at least 50% of the time.
