• Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships through regular check-ins and policy reviews.
• Process incoming requests and service changes with accuracy and care.
• Educate policyholders on coverage options to ensure they feel confident and protected.
• Identify gaps in coverage and proactively offer appropriate solutions that add value to the client's situation.
• Collaborate with the team to reach agency growth goals while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.

• Fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish (required).
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or financial services.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Minimum education:
  
  Associates degree
• Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
