Technical Account Manager – Service Solutions
$90,000 – $100,000 Base + Bonus
Monthly Car Allowance
We’re hiring aTechnical Account Managerto support and grow a portfolio of commercial service accounts. This role is ideal for someone who canbuild strong client relationships, understand technical service work, and drive long-term account growth.
You’ll act as the key link between clients and service teams, ensuring work is delivered effectively and expectations are consistently exceeded.
What You’ll Do- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Serve as themain point of contact for service needs and issue resolution
- Partner with field and operations teams toensure high-quality service delivery
- Lead client check-ins, performance reviews, and renewal conversations
- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Identify and support additional service opportunities within accounts
- Maintain accurate account activity within CRM systems
- 5+ yearsin account management, service delivery, or client-facing roles
- Experience inHVAC, mechanical, facilities, or technical services strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearlyto clients
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)
- High-visibility role with direct impact onclient retention and revenue growth
- Base salary + bonus tied to account performance
- Car allowance for client-facing responsibilities
- Stable, team-oriented environment with strong internal support
