The Automotive Marketing Sales Associate is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about building strong business relationships within the automotive space. In this role, you will partner with assigned dealerships to deliver consultative marketing support, drive revenue through solution-based sales, and help clients strengthen retention, brand awareness, and return on investment. This position is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are ready to grow their career in sales, marketing, and account management within a dynamic global organization.

Location: Eligible for applicants currently residing in and eligible to work in Canada/ US

• Communicate daily with assigned dealerships in your region or zone via phone to build strong client relationships and maintain consistent engagement
• Enroll dealers in a defined communication cadence to support ongoing account growth and client satisfaction
• Sell OnDemand Surface and Email solutions using a consultative B2B sales approach
• Create, update, and maintain individualized marketing plans and strategies for assigned dealerships
• Present reporting, marketing trends, performance insights, and tailored marketing plans to dealership clients
• Manage assigned accounts and maintain an active sales pipeline with strong follow-up and attention to detail
• Identify opportunities to improve dealer performance through marketing strategy, retention initiatives, and brand awareness efforts
• Help clients understand and apply trends in social marketing and search marketing to support business goals
• Support initiatives designed to improve client return on investment and strengthen long‑term partnerships
• Use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and email , to organize account activity, track progress, and communicate effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless execution of marketing strategies and sales opportunities
