Right Way Medical is looking for a full-time field sales representative / territory manager. This is a sales position for an individual experienced in the medical device industry, preferably with IV related sales experience. Primary responsibilities will include selling Right Way Medical's products and services to the post-acute market with emphasis in the Long-Term Care, Ambulatory Infusion Centers, Specialty Pharmacies and Home Infusion industries.
Right Way Medical is a fast paced, multi-tasking, and team oriented company with over a decade of significant growth and tremendous opportunities. The Territory Manager will be responsible for all sales related functions in the greater Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas, including CA, NV, UT and CO.
Specific Duties- Selling Right Way Medical's products and services to Home Infusion, Long term Care Pharmacies, and Specialty IV clinics
- Product and pricing negotiation on disposable and capital items
- Selling Right Way Medical's biomedical service capabilities
- Implement and teach specific equipment to clinicians and end users in each market
- Ability to provide Sr Management with timely reports and analysis as needed.
- Minimum 4 year degree and outside selling experience, preferably in the medical field
- Comfortable with problem solving and independent management
- Good listener with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys taking the initiative
- Basic computer skills working with Word, Excel, CRM's, etc
- Experienced in the negotiation process
- Strong track record of closing new business and forging deep relationships
