Enterprise Customer Success Manager

We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Enterprise Customer Success Manager (ECSM) who is passionate about partnering with school districts to drive meaningful impact. This full-time, remote role supports our top-tier district partners by building trusted relationships with decision-makers, understanding complex needs, and going beyond day-to-day support to creatively influence outcomes and develop solutions that help districts succeed.

The Enterprise CSM plays a critical role in customer success by ensuring satisfaction, strengthening long-term partnerships, and serving as a strategic advisor to districts throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier clients
• Identify and understand client needs
• Develop and implement solutions that meet client needs
• Analyze data and engage in meaningful interactions with clients to highlight strengths and areas for growth and improvement
• Ensure client satisfaction with our services
• Manage the renewals pipeline for top-tier accounts
• Generate new business opportunities through partnership with the sales team
• Meet with district leaders in person when possible to strategically grow existing accounts and provide top-tier account management
• Provide relevant and engaging professional development virtually and in person when applicable, based on proximity to trainings or opportunities to meet with decision-makers
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

• Strong follow up skills
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role
• Proven success managing and growing complex, enterprise-level accounts
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
