About the Role
Our client is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote and sell their innovative range of pharmaceutical products within the George territory. You will be the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators, building strong relationships and educating them on the benefits of our client's offerings. This role requires a strategic approach to territory management and a passion for improving patient outcomes through effective pharmaceutical solutions.
You will be instrumental in driving market share and achieving sales targets in a competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Promote and present pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, effectively communicating clinical data and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare sector.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions, addressing any queries or concerns effectively.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and company meetings to enhance product knowledge and networking opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, therapeutic areas, and healthcare systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of motivation.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
