This expansion supports telecommunications growth connected to Spectrum and the broader Cox/Charter transaction and integration environment
, creating an opportunity for our team to work in a rapidly evolving telecom market.

We are building our Arizona operation from the ground up. For the right candidates, this is an opportunity to join during the early stages of expansion, develop hands‑on sales and leadership experience, and grow alongside the market.

As a Spectrum Sales Associate, you will help connect customers with telecommunications services while representing our client professionally in the Arizona market.

Responsibilities include:

• Represent Spectrum telecommunications services in customer-facing environments
• Educate customers on available internet and connectivity solutions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service options
• Support new customer acquisition throughout assigned Arizona markets
• Participate in retail, event, promotional, and community-based campaigns
• Maintain strong knowledge of current services, promotions, and campaign objectives
• Track customer interactions and sales activity
• Work alongside leadership to achieve individual and team goals
• Participate in daily sales, communication, and leadership development
• Develop the skills necessary to take on additional responsibility as the Arizona operation expands
