** Phoenix, AZ** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a healthcare location. You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and assist staff, patients, and visitors with professional customer service and clear communication.

This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy Requirements, with opportunities to contribute through teamwork, integrity, and innovative, people-first service.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and reporting concerns per post orders.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points and key areas, assist with visitor direction and/or way finding, and help maintain orderly movement through lobbies, corridors, and common areas.

+ Document patrols, incidents, and observations in required reports and logs, and communicate timely updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
