Construction Site Security Guard

Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and professional Security Officers to provide coverage on weekends. This position requires flexibility and a willingness to travel throughout the valley to assigned sites. The ideal candidate will have an active guard card and a dependable working vehicle.

Note:

this position is currently under a security contract which is under renewal. The pay rate is subject to change around July!

Shift Availability:
Flex Security Officer (All Shifts)

Please Note - As an applicant for this position, you need the following:

• Ability to work any shift on any day
• Ability to work weekends/holidays
• Ability to provide coverage for scheduled vacation time
• Ability to provide coverage to a variety of sites
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Security experience

Please Note - Expectation is 24-36 hours per week!

What You'll Do:

• Conduct mobile patrols via foot patrol or motor vehicle
• Serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
• Provide superior customer care and empathy to all individuals
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
• Respond to security incidents and suspicious activities

What You Need:

• Current Security License
• Clean driving record and Driver's License
• Attention to detail and superior integrity
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for creating a safe environment
• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience
