We are seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Security Officers to join our team at a busy retail cannabis dispensary in Central Phoenix. Security Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers, staff, and vendors while ensuring compliance with company policies and Arizona cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities include monitoring the property, verifying customer IDs, maintaining a visible security presence, documenting incidents when necessary, conducting routine patrols, and assisting with de-escalating situations professionally and calmly. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and able to maintain professionalism at all times.

• Previous security experience preferred
• Strong communication and situational awareness skills
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Facility Agent Certification required (we will assist with the application process)
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Location open 7 days per week from 0800–2300.

Available shifts are approximately 7.5 hours and will primarily cover morning and evening operations. Scheduling may vary based on business needs and availability.
