Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document relevant details according to site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, exterior areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.;
Support daily operations by communicating clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, completing routine reports, and following post instructions for assigned areas.
