• Provide customer service and perform security procedures at a government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly, document observations, and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unusual behavior or policy violations per site protocols.
• Support emergency and evacuation procedures, assist with de‑escalation, and maintain a visible presence while following all post orders and armed post requirements.

• At least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Armed guard card and/or license.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license (required per Allied Universal driver policy).
• Minimum age 21 for armed roles.
• Background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local regulations.
