$18.75 / Hour

Day Time Fri 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM Sat 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas in a calm, professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarm conditions, and critical situations using sound judgment, clear communication, and problem‑solving skills while documenting security‑related activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, gate areas, dock locations, parking areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.

• Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
