** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related response activities appropriate for a financial services location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when needed.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions or security-related concerns.

+ Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-traffic locations while verifying credentials, screening access, and reporting policy violations in accordance with post orders and client guidelines.

+ Support emergency preparedness efforts by assisting with evacuations, medical responses, and other site-specific procedures while maintaining a visible presence and following Allied Universal standards.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + An armed guard card and/or license is required.

+ CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ A guard card and/or license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
