Armed Security Officer - Part Time in Phoenix, AZ
. This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility to earn more by picking up additional shifts as needed.

Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

Day Time Mon : 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM
Saturday: 08:30 AM – 02:30 PM

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
  You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six‑month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program:
  In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns through established channels.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, surrounding grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and support visitor and employee entry procedures in accordance with site protocols and financial institution guidelines.
• Support cash handling, high‑value asset movement, and other sensitive operations by maintaining a visible presence and following post orders, chain of command direction, and applicable armed post procedures.

• An Armed Guard Card and/or License is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
• Participation in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
