Job Description - Overview

We are seeking an experienced In‑Store Loss Prevention Agent for Hobby Lobby. In this full‑time role you will patrol the sales floor in plain clothes, detect shoplifters, and work with local law enforcement to apprehend offenders. The position requires a focus on discreet undercover surveillance and does not include door‑greeting, inventory, or risk‑management duties.

• Perform undercover patrols on the sales floor.
• Apprehend shoplifters and prevent theft.
• Complete incident reports.
• Review camera footage.
• Review BOLOs.
• Manage stressful or potentially dangerous situations with judgment.
• Build relationships with store management and law‑enforcement officers.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

• At least one year of undercover or floor‑walking loss prevention experience.
• Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid motor‑vehicle record check.
• Background check.
• Capacity to spend up to 100% of working hours standing or walking.
