POSITION OVERVIEWAs a Security Officer at Hamra Jewelers, you will play a critical role in protecting our people, luxury inventory, and property. You are the first line of defense —combining high-level vigilance with a polished, professional presence that aligns with our luxury retail standard.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Showroom & Property Protection: Safeguard our luxury retail showroom, staff, and guests by maintaining a professional, and vigilant presence.
- Surveillance & Patrol: Conduct regular indoor/outdoor patrols, monitor CCTV systems, and respond swiftly and calmly to potential security concerns or alarms.
- Incident Management & Reporting: Handle incidents, disturbances, or emergency situations with sound judgment, maintaining detailed and accurate records for leadership.
- Team Support: Build trust and rapport with team members by working to create a warm, approachable, yet highly secure atmosphere.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience: Prior experience in at least one of the following is required: military, law enforcement. Armed private security experience is a plus.
- Licensing: Valid Arizona Armed Security Guard Card (or ability to obtain prior to hire).
- Skills: Outstanding situational awareness, polished communication, strong conflict resolution, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Professionalism: Impeccable presentation, integrity, and a commitment to protecting high-value luxury assets and people.
