Identify incidents of theft, review CCTV and exception reports, monitor physical security, and audit Electronic Article Surveillance;
Prepare accurate case reports of apprehensions and recoveries, preserve evidence, and interact with law enforcement;
Testify in criminal and civil court actions as required;
Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and maintain a safe work environment
