Pay: $45 per hour

- Maintain a high level of visibility to deter illegal or inappropriate actions.
- Assist customers, employees, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform security patrols on foot or by vehicle across designated areas.
- Respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents and critical situations.
- Represent Metro One and our clients with integrity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be a current or retired Law Enforcement Officer with a minimum 10 years' experience (Corrections/ military police exp. not considered)
- Must have or be willing to obtain AZ Armed Guard Card
- Must have or be willing to obtain CCW Permit
- Must have or be willing to obtain personal firearm
- Flexible schedule required;weekend availabilityfor events is essential
- Must have valid, up-to-date identification for I-9 form upon completion
- Ability to stand and maintain a post for 8 hours or longer
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
