Active, engaging atmosphere at surrounding malls. Prior Retail Mall Security is a plus.

Applicants need to be able and willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays. No full‑time guaranteed.

• Dispatch officers to calls and emergency situations.
• Schedule and dispatch officers for lunch breaks and shift rotations.
• Log all incidents, calls, and irregularities in daily reports.
• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of areas in the public right of way to identify potential safety and security risks.
• Maintain a visible presence and engage in professional public interactions.
• Warn violators of infractions such as loitering, smoking, or possession of prohibited items.
• Other duties to be determined by management.

This position requires physical stamina: occasional crawling, crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking for extended periods of time. Use of mall security vehicle may be required.

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Valid Arizona guard license.
• Minimum of one year of security experience.
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug).
