Laborer

Laborers are an integral part of our crew. This position is responsible for performing routine manual and semi-skilled work on equipment used in day-to-day operations. This position may operate a variety of hand and power tools.

What Do You Offer Us:

* Ability to use shovels, picks, axes, portable grinders and buffers, hand wire brushes, jackhammers, tampers, paving breakers and weed eaters

* Provide labor support as needed for specialty crew

* Perform general maintenance of construction equipment and vehicles

* Must ensure the proper use of personal safety equipment

* Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment

* Ability to pull, lift and carry heavy objects

* Dig pits, trenches, and foundations in preparation for job site construction

* Maintain a clean job site and to pick up all tools and equipment and secure the jobsite each day

* Perform job tasks in a safe manner in accordance with company policy

* Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

What is

Required:

* Valid Driver's License

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Must be able to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting (Up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching

* Must be able to be a subject of loud work environments and be a subject of extreme weather fluctuations

* Flexibility of working long hours and the ability to work in all types of weather conditions and travel when needed

* Experience in the Construction or Pipeline industries preferred
