Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with rooftop or ground-mount installs and are comfortable working outdoors in a team environment. You’ll be working on solar arrays, racking systems, and inverters — so a strong mechanical background is essential.

• Install photovoltaic (PV) systems including racking, panels, and inverters
• Follow installation plans and layouts according to site specifications
• Maintain a safe worksite and comply with all OSHA and company standards
• Communicate with crew leads and electricians to ensure smooth project execution
• Perform cleanup and system testing as required

• 1–2+ years of experience installing solar systems (residential or commercial)
• Familiarity with hand and power tools, roof work, and basic electrical connections
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and handle Arizona weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• NABCEP certification is a plus but not required

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
• Full-time, Monday–Friday with optional weekend work
